Sharon Williams is a Certified Holistic Integrative Nutrition & Hormone Coach, Certified Essential Emotions Coach, AromaTouch Technique® certified practitioner, licensed holistic cosmetologist. She is the founder of Holistic Renewal Wellness, a women’s wellness company headquartered in Metro-Charlotte, North Carolina. With a professional background spanning holistic health, nutrition, hormone education, emotional wellness, essential oils, beauty, and personal care, Sharon brings a multidisciplinary approach to women’s wellness. Her work focuses on creating intentional wellness experiences that provide women with opportunities to learn, connect, restore, and prioritize their well-being. Sharon is the creator of the Choose Yourself First Women’s Wellness Experience, an immersive experience that brings together wellness education, nourishment, movement, relaxation, self-care, and connection. She also facilitates wellness masterclasses, educational workshops, and intimate community experiences designed to make holistic wellness practical and accessible. Through Holistic Renewal Wellness, Sharon collaborates with professionals across multiple areas of wellness to introduce women to resources, practices, and experiences that support whole-person well-being.
